TURN-OVER PROCESS ( Initial Inspection )

Buyer has met Payment Requirements for Turn-over
Clearance from Ar turn-over ( Accounting )

PMD – Administration will send Notice of Unit Acceptance to Qualified Buyers

If Buyer replies on or before 30 calendar days, PMD- Administration will schedule the inspection with Buyer Turnover and Leasing Group If Buyer does not reply within 30 Calendar Days from receipt of Notice of Unit Acceptance, PMD-Administration shall send a Notice of Deemed Acceptance ( No Inspection)
Buyer who accepts the unit without rectifications shall be asked to sign the Acceptance Form Property Administration shall have unit tagged Deemed Accepted; Condominium Corporation shall start billing of Condominium Dues
Condominium Corporation shall start billing the Condominium Dues  
Buyer to settle Working Capital Equivalent to 6 months Condominium Dues and attend House Rules Orientation prior to move-in Buyer to settle Working Capital Equivalent to 6 months Condominium Dues and attend House rules Orientation prior to Move-In 
Quality Assurance Department to rectify unit and advise PM Administration once rectification is complete

PM Administration will send a Notice of Final Inspection to buyer stating that the unit has to be inspected within 15 working days from receipt of letter

If buyer does not reply within 15 working days from receipt of Notice of Final, PM Administration shall send Notice of Deemed Acceptance (With Inspection) If buyer replies on or before 15 calendar days, PM Administration will schedule the final inspection with Buyer Turnover and Leasing Group 
Property Administration Office shall tag unit as Deemed Accepted and shall billing of Condominium Dues Buyer Turnover and Leasing Group Shall conduct final inspection and ask the buyer to sign the Punchlist and Acceptance Form
Buyer to settle Working Capital equivalent to 6 months Condominium Dues and attend House Rules Orientation prior to move-in Condominium Corporation shall start billing of Condominium Dues
